Uruguay, considered as the South American Switzerland, is located between Brazil and Argentina with coasts over the Atlantic Ocean and the Rio de la Plata.

San Antonio Hill is situated on the Eastern coast of Uruguay, in Maldonado Department, city of Piriapolis, and only 98 km. from Montevideo, the country’s capital. The area is know for its beautiful beaches and numerous seaside resorts close to each other. Amongst them, we can point out  several of them, a short distance from Piriapolis: Punta del Este (35 km.), La Barra de Maldonado (50 km.), José Ignacio (80 km.), La Paloma (154 km.) and La Pedrera (161 km.).

From its foundation, Piriapolis was conceived with the idea of making it a first class seaside resort, and its environment was one of the main reasons this objective was achieved. Sea, beaches, bays, hills, countryside, landscapes, nature and green  surroundings distinguish this unique place.
