Punta Fria is the continuation of the hill towards the sea and it stretches up to the beach, which is one of the most beautiful of the resort.

It is due to its pointed form that projects into the sea, that this land development is surrounded by coast with one side towards the West and the other towards the South. Its Western coast faces the sundown, it is rocky and has excellent fishing spots like many others in the area, whereas on the Southern coast we can find the San Francisco Beach, with white sands and a spectacular bay with more than 2 km. in length.

The land lots available in this part are located on the limits of  the development, towards the San Antonio Hill, in the high area known as "Altos de Punta Fria”, with locations near the port seaside boulevard  as well as over the San Francisco Beach.
